Payment Disbursement.
Following buyer approval, SecureWaybill takes action by promptly disbursing the agreed-upon payment to the seller for the delivered goods.

Your clients needs to register on SECUREWAYBILL, so you both can get protected.
Definately, you can cancel a waybill which needs to be approved by both parties.
